All subscription payments made to FindMyFunding.ai are final and non-refundable. Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase.
01 Our Refund Policy — No Refunds
FindMyFunding.ai operates a strict no-refund policy. Once a subscription payment is made, it is non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
Changing your mind after purchase
Dissatisfaction with matching results or platform features
Not using the subscription during the active period
Accidental or duplicate purchases (please contact us immediately)
Technical issues experienced during the subscription period
Not achieving desired funding outcomes (we are a discovery platform, not a guarantee)
Cancellation of subscription before the billing period ends
02 Why We Have This Policy
We maintain a no-refund policy because our platform provides immediate access to all premium features upon payment, including:
Instant Digital Access
Premium content, grant data, investor profiles, and reports are accessible immediately after payment — we cannot "un-deliver" digital services.
Free Trial Available
Our Free plan lets you explore core features before committing to a paid plan. We encourage you to try before you upgrade.
Operational Costs
Subscription fees fund our ongoing AI infrastructure, data sourcing, team support, and platform maintenance — costs that are incurred immediately.
03 Exceptions & Special Circumstances
While our policy is no-refunds, we will review cases involving:
Duplicate Charges: If you were charged twice for the same transaction, contact us within 48 hours with payment proof — we will investigate and correct the error
Unauthorized Transactions: If you believe your account was charged without your authorization, contact us immediately for investigation
Platform Unavailability: If our platform experienced significant downtime (more than 72 consecutive hours) during your subscription period, we may offer a proportional credit — not a cash refund
These exceptions are handled on a case-by-case basis and are entirely at FindMyFunding.ai's discretion. Raising a dispute with your bank or payment provider without contacting us first may result in permanent account suspension.
04 Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time from your account settings. However, please note:
Cancellation stops future billing — it does not trigger a refund for the current or past billing periods
You will continue to have Premium access until the end of your paid billing period
After cancellation, your account will automatically revert to the Free plan
Your data will be retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy
